Drive missing from reliability database

It's a Kingston 128GB SSD disk, model SH100S3/120G

It lasted 3 days...and that was it. All of the sudden, Windows wouldn't boot (the dreaded BSOD with "unmountable boot error". ChkDsk reported bad blocks...

This was my first and last SSD disk.

Thanks for posting. We're going to rework that entire database so it's more user friendly and easier to get new products added.
