The Intel SSD 320 comes with a three-year limited warranty, which is the industry standard. Additionally, Intel includes its useful Intel SSD Toolbox software, which allows users to optimize their systems for an SSD, maintain the drive, and the ability to wipe or “sanitize” the drive.

isn't 320series have 5-year limited warranty ?
