Crucial m4 SSD Review (Firmware 0009) Discussion

7 posts in this topic

Good question, we haven't seen any of the small cap drives, though the little m4 on paper at least is handily outmatched. We are expecting a 128GB m4 and will run it through the system.

i am/was going to get a samsung 470 64 gig for a gaming hd. with speed not being the primary factor for my purchase would the m4 be a better pick as far as reliabilty/endurance?

They're both at the head of the class for those factors, I'd feel good either way. That said, Samsung has a new drive due out in a couple weeks, I'd probably hold out for that.
