Seagate has begun shipping their latest enterprise-ready SSD, the Pulsar XT.2. The Pulsar XT.2 was announced in March and features SLC NAND and a 6Gb/s SAS interface - making it the fastest drive offered by Seagate.

By that exclamation mark do we assume you're buying a few for the office? We're hoping to get a review sample in soon, but would love some real world thoughts on it as well.

So $3k+ for the 200GB. I'm not terribly surprised...makes me want a handfull for testing even more!

That's list price. My account price is $2,950 but they can be had for less. Not worth the $$$ to me just yet. I'm going to have to stick with the 15K.3s for a while longer I guess.
