LEADING Brexit supporter Peter Bone claimed the Prime Minister is delivering what the British people want as he urged the UK to continue its tough stance to the European Union. More than 60 pro-Brexit Conservative MPs have written to the Prime Minister to insist the UK makes a clean break with the European Union.
The MPs claimed the UK needed to gain full “regulatory autonomy” and should be stopped in negotiating trade deals with other countries once Britain leaves the EU.
The letter was sent by the European Research Group of Tory backbenchers, headed by Jacob Rees Mogg.
Speaking on Sky News, Brexiteer Peter Bone, who signed the letter to Theresa May, said the letter was giving the Prime Minister "suggestions", but was not making demands.
