  1. Hey all! First post here and I am sure the question has been answered before but if any of you could help me that would be great. I am in search for an external hardrive to solely hold all my HD video media from my Nikon DSLR. I am editing on a mid 2012 Macbook Pro with a 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7 Processor. 1TB is all the storage I need (I think) and I would like something fast since I will need a quick return on the edit. What type of hardrive should I look for? Are any of moderate price? Thanks
  2. This project is actually two years old, but despite the aging SATA standard, still current as an idea. I invite you to my shop for a short film of the "Do it yourself" series.
  3. Newegg via eBay is selling the 5TB Seagate Backup Plus for $120 Our review of the 5TB Seagate Backup Plus
  4. I plan to buy a 2TB external hard drive and need some advice on which to choose. I found some for around £50-80 which were Hitachi, Toshiba, Samsung, Western Digital, Seagate I have done some research and it seems Hitachi are the best and Seagate the worst? But I thought I should ask the experts too.. What I really need to know is which brand is most reliable and what to look for in drives, aside from the lifespan of the warranty, I don't know much about the specifications other than the storage capacity, so any help would really be appreciated, Thank you for your time
