That's what I was looking at. But when I posted build advice at another forum, I was told it's not worth it. I asked why and got this:
Simple: for the price you pay for 150GB Raptor you can get almost a 500GB regular drive which is only 5-6% slower. Raptors are good at pulling up things faster, and loading your games a few seconds faster. Thats it! Raptors are also run hot and make a lot of noise. Your call though. Just curious to get a second opinion on this becuase I'm not the most up to date on this sort of thing. I don't mind shelling out the cash for the Raptor, I just want to make sure it's what I'm looking for.
