  1. The MB082SP won't work in at least some of my Dell computers: The disk mounting spaces are oriented perpendicularly to the motherboard and require a right-angle SATA cable. The end of the disks are recessed on the Icy Dock EZ-Fit Pro Dual 2.5 to 3.5 Bracket (MB082SP), so even if only one disk is put in the bracket it can't be connected. My computers are Dell Precision 380. I think the current T5500 has the same issue.

LSI MegaRAID CacheCade Pro 2.0 Review Discussion

Where are the reference numbers for the all SSD option? Perhaps 48 or 32 is too many, but what about 8 SSDs to compare the Enterprize $2170 1.8TB version with 8 240GB $480 OCZ Vertex 3 Series 240GB drives for about 2 times the cost?

    Seagate Updates Financial Outlook Discussion

"However, the company believes that for this December they will be able to ship 43 million units and turn a $2.8 million gross profit." Am I doing this calculation correctly: ($2.8 million gross profit)/(43 million units) = less than 7 cents gross profit per drive? Any idea what their increment profit is? (The US$0.07/drive may include the development cost and fixed overhead. Hopefully their incremental cost is such that they make at least a few dollars on each additional unit made and shipped.)
