    Hello, Can you please follow the below installation procedure as mentioned in our maxView user guide and let us know the results. Remove the existing arcconf provider “esxcli software vib remove -n arcconf” Remove the existing maxView provider “esxcli software vib remove -n arcsmis” Copy the latest “vmware-esx-provider-arcconf.vib “ and “vmware-esx-provider-arcsmis.vib” to /tmp folder Execute “/etc/init.d/./sfcbd-watchdog stop” Execute “esxcli software vib install –maintenance-mode --no-sig-check -v /tmp/vmware-esx-provider-arcconf.vib” Execute “esxcli software vib install –maintenance-mode --no-sig-check -v /tmp/vmware-esx-provider-arcsmis.vib” Execute “/etc/init.d/./sfcbd-watchdog start” Reboot the server Install the GOS and configure the network settings. Install the maxView GOS package on the GOS. Thanks,
