ATADA's new SSD is designed to maintain high read/write speeds consistently for stable performance with its SMI controller as well as featuring the advanced BCH ECC (Error Correction Code) technology. The Premier SP610 is also ideal for PC builders looking to move away from mechanical drives to the high performance of solid state drive technology. ADATA’s new SSD line comes in capacities of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB. ADATA Premier SP610 SSD Now Available

Any word on what other companies might roll out drives with Silicon Motion's controller? Good to see more competition in the space. I know PNY's Optima series is also out now.

We're aware of one more that we can't talk about. Not sure how much it's going to matter though. Even if these drives are .50/GB who's going to buy them over an EVO, which smokes these controllers on performance, or an older drive like an m500 or some such with more controller history.
