I have SSD of size 480 GB and I have made a one partition of it. After making the single partition, when I tried 'fdisk -l' command, I am seeing the following output.
Disk /dev/sda: 480.1 GB, 480103981056 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 58369 cylinders, total 937703088 sectors
Units = sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 4096 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 4096 bytes / 4096 bytes
Disk identifier: 0x00000000
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/sda1 1 937697984 468848992 83 Linux
Partition 1 does not start on physical sector boundary.
The error "Partition 1 does not start on physical sector boundary." is also displayed.
It seems to be strange. I have tried paritioning the SSD to four partitions but still the same error is repeating for other partititons as well.
Can any one help me on this. Thanks in advance
