Crucial M500 480GB SATA 2.5" 7mm (with 9.5mm adapter) Internal Solid State Drive CT480M500SSD1

or on Amazon:

Crucial M500 480GB SATA 2.5-Inch 7mm (with 9.5mm adapter) Internal Solid State Drive CT480M500SSD1

Drive features Marvell controller, 7mm drive height and Micron's 20nm MLC NAND. Not a spectacular discount but very good price for a 480GB SSD.

Just have to love the sub .50/GB pricing on these. Between Micron and Samsung, they're making a pretty serious effort to shut out the tier-2 SSD vendors. Why would a consumer buy much else?

Yes, they are very hard to pass up. Glad there are still cheap per GB quality SSDs.

FYI, Amazon's price went down slightly, while Newegg's went back up.
