Alright so I'm using an Samsung Pro 840 128GB but I notice that its not working at its full speed.
The description of the product says:

540MB/s Read speed
520MB/s Write speed

These are the benchmark results I get from AS SSD

What machine is this in? The 128GB will give up some performance but that looks much more like SATA II performance.

Remember it is only your two grey ports on the motherboard that supports 6 gbit/s. the blue are 3 gbit/s.

If its not an issue of using the wrong port, you might want to try and switch your cable. It Night have A small defekt that forces sata negociations Down to SATA II standard

Darking ist right!
Check for cables and use grey ports. Fortunately your board don't have other 3rd party 6 GBit/s controller which also often makes trouble.
