I have noticed that my Samsung 830 64GB is fairly slow, or it's just me.
Are these specs normal for this SSD?

Read speeds don't look bad, write speeds are definitely low.

Is this a well used SSD? Use Samsung Magician's "Performance optimization" function to do a "manual" TRIM.

Is your partition aligned?

It is aligned, otherwise the "1024 K - OK" would be something different and written in red. The drive should be able to perform like this.

The write performance is not too bad, the official Speed is 160 MB/s. Always the problem with the small sized SSDs, with lower speed rates.

The 160 MB/s already factors the small size in. If the drive is almost full this could explain it.
