$196 on Amazon for the 3TB CS, vs $264 for the 3TB ES.3...

Do these Constellation CS drives feature a Rotational Vibration Sensor?
This is one of the major things for considering them Enterprise Drives.

Yes, they do have RV scanners, another benefit of using something like this instead of consumer drives in an enterprise environment.

Are you aware of the platter density/number of platters for this model?

The heads and platters for each capacity is detailed in the specs in the review. They're all 1TB platters though.
