hello!!!!
are beginner and want to help me clarify two issues about hard disks.
I recently sold a hard drive on ebay and I had the displeasure to see that the person who bought it said it was faulty.
was tested with hd sentinel and HDD Regenerator (both software are genuine) and i showed my state of perfect hdd
Now I do not know what program to use to be sure that the tests performed are safe
want software that is reliable and can be trusted
A second question I get from a friend who asked me and test a sentinel hdd. but unfortunately i show my hdd is zero life.
I can do something with this hard drive??? them use me for something???
thank you in advance for your answers and have a nice day!!!!!

It's entirely possible that it got damaged during shipping. Hard drives are sensitive instruments and if not packed very well and/or get run over by the carrier they may not work properly by time the buyer receives it. I've had this happen myself with a HDD sold on eBay. Always insure HDDs, so if this happens you can file a claim.

Heck, if not handled very well during the receiving, incoming inspection, storage, or picking process...
