What is the context?

Are you applying for a storage admin job or making a job listing? If you are applying for a job, then the posting should have the requirements/responsibilitites. If you are making a job listing, then you will need to look at your organization's storage setup.

An easy way to find the responsibilities, is to just google for job listing for storage admin. Such as:

It varies from company to company. Sometimes it's provisioning LUN's, sometimes it's configuring NFS volumes, sometimes it's zoning on an FC switch, sometimes it's managing the backup systems, sometimes it's all of the above. Really really depends on the company, the size of the company, and the infrastructure implemented.
