I've some server have Adaptec and LSI raid controller. I download the raid storage managegement of these vendor and document user guide. But I cannot find the way these software can get information about the under layer such as raid controller and physical disk. The information such as: the configuration of virtualdisk, state of physical disk....I don't need detail about the command this software use. I only want to know about the protocol and procedure it use to get information in the under layer. Anyboyd help me pls. Thank you so much
