what storage do i need

hello

can you please give me an suggestion for my storage problem
I've video and data total about 5TB and I'm increasing 2TB/year
what can do the job, knowing that i use the data mainly for archive and i get back to it when i have project
so i was thinking of tape drive and tapes????

Tapes? Wow, haven't heard people really begging for tape in a while. You don't really have enough data to justify that, when you could build a pretty cheap HDD array or go with a 4-bay NAS or some such. What sort of budget are you working with?

It really comes down to what your price range is, for the capacities you are talking about with the level of expansion, I might go torwards one of the expandable Synology SMB units like the DS1511+ that let you expand out an additional 5-bays through the DX510 unit when the time comes.

Yes, blackarmor 440 is good. Using of this we can store and access the files from a central and secure location
As well you can use Dell PowerEdge Servers. :)
