OCZ has announced a new enterprise PCIe SSD based on Marvell processors.

Would be nice to see a real competitor to ioDrive.

when will this be released and when can we expect a review of it. plus PCIe 3 already available on lot of boards are there any roadmaps from any company when will they be targeting PCIe 3 x32

No word from OCZ yet, but I'd guess it's coming soon. The R5 really is the product they needed to compete aggressively in the high-throughput enterprise space. We're quite enthusiastic about working with it to see not only the benefits of the Marvell partnership, but the infusion of SANRAD technologies as well.

plus hopefully the price will drop from $7/GB as well.
