People with a pirated copy of this Serious Sam 3: BFE will find themselves confronted by a scorpion monster at some point. The scorpion is immortal and fast...a great combo for death.

Older games like Earthbound or Fade have had similar anti-pirating measures(10 most annoying DRM methods), but it is still nice seeing new developers/publishes being creative instead of using installation limits, requiring an online connection to play, or including some copy protection software that introduces more issues.
