I came across this item today - seems they're the first to offer an SD card reader for the iPhone, which surprises me. I haven't followed the market though as I've never seen the need for such a device. I still really like my Gen1 Touch, the 16GB model, but I've never considered it as a serious file storage option, outside of music, movies, etc.

The Zoomit SD card reader goes for $60 but they're offering it for $10 off right now and adding in a 4GB SD card to the first 250 orders. The site looks a little shady, but I'm sure they're legit.
